Kealey, Simon L. Tang, Charles Youngjun Fu, Jie Luo, the lawyer for the Plaintiff, Fan Zhou, and the lawyer for the Defendant, Zhong Chen. 1. THIS COURT ORDERS THAT Sheulan Liu and Donald Marc Kealey are authorized to obtain access to be the account administrators of VHI to obtain access to the EDGAR account for VHI. 2.
